Positive: I loved that the gal who checked me in was able to move me to a downstairs room close to the door so that my old dog could make it in easily.

Negative: Would have thought breakfast was included in this price.

Negative: Plumbing in our room was awful toilet wouldn't flush and drain wouldn't drain the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work so it was humid and steamy tv had no movie channels for when you get to hotel at night and just wanna watch a movie

Positive: I was charged an additional $25 on my card for incidentals, which I was told would be refunded if I did not purchase anything, which I didn't. I was not informed of this before check-in and don't approve. I am now waiting for my credit.

Positive: The location was great, lots of food options around and less than 30 min to Nashville downtown. Clean, had microwave and mini fridge, nice workout gym. Having a proper door to the bathroom.

Negative: Lighting in room was VERY dim. Pool was not very warm. Peeling paint in high humidity areas (our shower, the pool area). Shower stall door is awkward with the interior handle placement making it narrow. If you try to move the door with the handle to the other side water gets through the crack between the doors and all over the floor. Not enough hooks for used towels (only one!).
