Positive: Good breakfast, we loved it. Location is convenient and hotel is new and clean.

Negative: Not enough toilet paper was provided. Had to ask for more. Reception could not provide lose change for us even after asking for a few times. We could only get a single room key - they said that they could not give us more room keys to due to system error

Positive: The property was designed well liked the rooms location 807 and it was clean

Negative: we checked in at 2pm on 25th sept there were no smiles on any ones face. It was more like a kiosk Check in and no warmth. Me and my friend we both are AFOM in a reputed 5 Star property and we know hospitality well. they missed out wake-up call and all we got it a sorry .No calls from Duty manager or GRM. what we loved is breakfast on both days and the well mages fab team during breakfast. i have seen people running during breakfast and this hotel has a good manager leading the team and managing well delivering things on table and coordinated. lastly don’t not like the Waffle it was smelling of raw egg all and all ok stay
