Positive: Newer facility, comfortable beds and furniture, everything was very clean. Although breakfast was not included, there were multiple options and price ranges. Their 3 egg omlets were wonderful! Staff was friendly and very helpful!

Negative: The price for the weekend was very steep compared to other weekend dates. We were sent a link to upgrade our room which I tried to use however when we arrived the staff said the hotel was sold out.

Summary: This hotel met our needs for a busy weekend at Marshall Mountain.

Positive: I liked how clean the building was. The beds were super soft and so were the blankets.

Negative: The front desk explains everything to the White man in front of me but when I stepped up to be helped the man treated me way differently than the customer before me. Hmmm. 🤔 Maybe a little bit more training for that worker to treat everyone with a Welcoming attitude.
