Positive: The hotel was decently clean the staff was friendly.

Negative: The hotel is surrounded by empty run down business, doesn't feel safe to go for a walk around the area. Breakfast was not free. The wifi was not free. And i was told to park in the back but find out later i have to pay for parking.

Summary: Clean and decent value. Not a great area.

Positive: The hotel was clean and tidy.

Negative: The hotel is located in a very rough and deprived part of Kansas city. The breakfast was overpriced and poor quality. We had to eat breakfast with plastic knives, forks and plastic cutlery. We had to eat our breakfast on paper plates. This is not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. The bar was closed as it was between Liquor licences. I was unable to enjoy an alcoholic drink in the evening.

Summary: Facilities good. Food and bar exceptionally poor.
