Summary: I was to stay two nights, but with a pending snowstorm in Toronot I received an email from Air Canada saying I could switch my flight to get home before the storm. I did that, went to the front desk explained the situation to the front desk person and asked if I could get refunded for the second night. I was told it would refunded, but it wasnt.

Summary: Shuttle was fine and initial impression when checking in was good. However, they need more help in the restaurant. Only one server for dinner on our first night. Same for breakfast the next morning. Food offering was ok. The room was fine....however, the shower area had mildew/mold around the caulked areas - and not just a small amount. These areas to us are critical and show a lack of proper attention and maintenance. Not what we expect from hotels - especially Hilton!
