Summary: We had a pleasant stay. The listing was as advertised with separate guests downstairs and a shared kitchen. The rooms were comfortable, especially with the mini splits to cool each room. The house was conveniently near many amenities and restaurants. As a family with two young kids we tried to be mindful and keep the noise level down. However it's not always easy with kids on vacation. Sharing the kitchen was fine but there was no table to sit down and eat unless you go outdoors. The host was very responsive and communicative. We would happily stay here again.

Summary: Lovely 3 bedrooms. Has a shared kitchen. Hosts are lovely and very accommodating to any needs. Stayed with another couple. Each room has mini split so great when weather gets warmer. Not hard to find with maps and back deck is large and accommodating.
