Positive: It was convenient with amenities as we were there for a concert. One stop shop.

Negative: Some of the staff we encountered didn’t know much about the entire facility. Apparently if you work the casino, you know nothing about the hotel. Our room was accommodating, but way over priced. $400 for a cramped 2 queen bed is a little ridiculous. Yeah we paid for the convenience, but will definitely take a different route next time.

Negative: We have been billed twice again for our room. We ordered two rooms on booking,com. We had one room and our friend had the second room. She paid for her room on her credit card and we paid on our credit card, But obviously, they did not see that each room had a different name from the booking. For the second year in a row, they billed us twice. I mentioned this when we checked in. I notified the desk about the double booking, but she said that booking.com did the billing as a third party. Booking.com does not deal with payments as is stated in their confirmation. Something is not working at the Hilton billing system to cause this. Very disappointed.

Summary: Get the billing system corrected on this situation.
