Summary: This is a shabby hotel. The elevator door makes a slapping noise when they shut. The refrigerator had leftover food. There was a panty on the carpet openly visible at the end of the table. Also, the cleaning people comes alternate days.

Summary: They don’t do housekeeping every day. Although I requested for housekeeping on the day, they still missed doing it.

Summary: Room was not cleaned well before we arrived. The duvet had no cover. There were pretzel pieces on the floor of the bathroom.

Summary: Was in Davis for a soccer tournament. Hotel is very dated, things are literally falling apart. Got woken up on Friday at 6:30am by a construction happening right outside my window and workers staring in (thankfully didn't continue over the weekend). On the plus side, it's right in the downtown, so everything is walking distance. The courtyard area wa nice for a large group to hangout during the day.

Summary: Nice room but the hotel is next to Caltrans railroad so it’s noisy when they toot their horn. The hotel does offer complimentary ear plugs which help. Walking distance to many eateries.
