Summary: The house was cute, clean, comfortable, well-appointed and spacious enough. It’s got a roomy backyard and is in a nice residential neighborhood near town and the campus, perfect for our needs.

Summary: This house was PERFECT for our friends/family get together! It was in a great location for us to run to the store, and pop by local restaurants that we'd been missing since college! Wasn't a bad uber ride to/from the Sac airport and the DoCo area either! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Summary: This property was great for our family for Davis Veterinary School Graduation. There was plenty of room for family members, kitchen was well stocked, fenced front and back yard and quiet, walkable neighborhood. The location was great - easy to get to with access from Hwy 113 and convenient to Trader Joes or Safeway for groceries. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and towels and the extra parking sticker for street parking was helpful.

Summary: What a wonderful space to celebrate my mother's 80th year. A visit to her former college town for an art and garden tour. The space met our needs in every way. Plenty of beautifully lit and decorated communal spaces for a group of 8 to comfortably enjoy. It was wonderful to have so many live plants in the house. The check in process was easy and check out was a breeze with minimal requirements. The Vrbo listing times were an hour earlier than those given by the host but that meant it was an hour later at check out. The host was local and easy to contact if needed. I highly recommend this space for small famil

Summary: We love the house! It was very comfortable and close to UC Davis. We enjoyed walking around the lovely neighborhood; everyone's yards were full of beautiful Spring flowers. This house was perfect for our needs!
