Summary: I checked in online and selected a room on the same floor as my family members. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room on another floor. I questioned this, and was told that they had given my requested room to someone else. I am not sure what the point of online check in and a room request is if no one acknowledges it. The room that I was given was nice, but the bathroom had a leaky toilet and the water handle in the bathtub had multiple issues, including a constant drip.

Summary: The room was great but the breakfast staff and food are always the top show here. Worth coming to just for breakfast even if you don’t get a room. And the ladies that work in the breakfast area and the people making the omelets and waffles are wonderful. Kids 13 under eat free so double our rating for the value.

Summary: Nice hotel for a quick trip to Brown County, little Nashville and shopping at the outlet mall. Pool and hot tub area were on the small side but very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet had quite a few options.
