Summary: The toilet was not flushing right and we had to constantly open it up and make the float go up for the water to stop running after a flush which was annoying. I mentioned it to the front desk and they appreciated that I mentioned it. The window curtain was broken and we had to mess with it to get it open to see outside. The couch was very dirty and made you not want to sleep in it. We had enough of us to need to the pull out bed. The swimming pool was out of towels even though there was barely anyone in it. The building was was nice but the condition of our room and experience was unfortunately not up to what you usually get in these type of hotels. Breakfast not included which would have have been nice.

Summary: We were very satisfied with the hotel. It met our needs was clean and comfortable great location. The pool was nice, but would’ve been better if the hot tub was working enjoyed our stay stay again.

Summary: The hot tub was out of service. The treadmill belt was ripped. The yoga mats have cuts in them like someone cut them intentionally. I stayed in room 202 the shades were held up by paper clips/clamps. The tub had big chips in it. The stairs were closed. I've been staying at this location for years! it's probably the best hotel within 20 minutes of the Dunes Beach, over all it feels clean and safe but it's definitely declined over the years.
