Summary: The staff was kind and responsive. The room itself was clean. However, the air conditioner made a very loud noise and part of it air conditioing unit seemed to be coming apart from its original unit; and the bathroom had some mildew and rusted shower fixtures, mainly the steel area in the back of the shower to hang towels, etc. was quite rusted in areas. The inner lining for the shower was also quite short so every time we took a shower, water would puddle on the bathroom floor next to the toilet that we needed to use extra towels to clean up. We also wanted to rest in our room and just watch some tv for part of the day but the access to numerous channels was very limited; there was no access to PBS, Disney, or other cartoons, except Simpsons, which is too old for our 6-year-old. The pool is quite small but my daughter and I were the only ones using it one warm day so that was okay. On the upside, our beds were very comfortable. However the lobby and sitting area for breakfast was quite airy and nice.

Summary: We booked this as part of a larger trip to go to Disneyland. We stopped over in Calabasas to be conveniently located by Universal Studios. The hotel was really clean. The staff was incredibly friendly upon greeting us and the hotel was comfortable and quiet. The showers were exceptionally nice. Additionally, this was conveniently located by shopping and food, but what I liked the most was the EV charger that I could walk to from the hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

Summary: Amazing stay as usual. This is my go to place when I’m in this area. First and most importantly the service is amazing, Betsy is phenomenal and always goes above and beyond to help in anyway. All of the front desk staff is really excellent. Also the kitchen staff is awesome and the food is delicious. The rooms are immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Nothing more to ask for.

Summary: Excellent hotel but I am giving it 4 stars for two reasons. 1. The cars were parking 2-3 feet away from my ground floor room window, which felt like a cheaper motel. 2. The iron did not work. I'm sure they would have replaced had I complained, but I was in hurry and decided to change my shirt to catch up my meeting.

Summary: I always stay at this hotel, however, this time I was a little disappointed. The water in the sink was down to a trickle. Once I turned on the TV, I could not turn it off. The batteries and the remote probably need changing. The staff is very friendly and nice.
