Positive: I came to Foshan to look at furniture and chose this Hilton hotel. The hotel is very elegant. There is an oceanarium in the lobby. I really enjoy drinking with friends at the water bar in the evening. It's very comfortable. The front desk clerk Jessie provided excellent service. There was also a delicate welcome card in the room. Thank you, Manager Silver. The drawing is very exquisite!

Negative: The scent of the air freshener in the elevator is too strong. It would be better if it were a little milder.

Positive: The hotel lobby is truly magnificent, and the guest rooms are exceptionally cozy. The staff members are all extremely welcoming and attentive. What touched me most was the hand-drawn welcome card prepared by Duty Manager Silver in the room, which made me feel genuinely valued by the hotel. It was such a wonderful stay experience!

Positive: When I came to Foshan to look at furniture, there was an aquarium in the hotel lobby. The hotel has a long history but is well maintained. The receptionist Jessie who checked us in was very enthusiastic. We didn't know how to take a taxi to the Luofu Palace. She was very kind to help us call a taxi. She was very patient and professional.

Negative: There were a lot of people having breakfast. It's understandable that it was on the weekend. However, we hope that the management could reasonably allocate the waiters to better manage the tables.

Positive: The hotel's buffet breakfast is very rich and can basically meet the needs of people with different eating habits. It should be noted that the hotel does not have a separate halal food area. However, you can ask the staff about the restaurants around the hotel. The nearest one is a noodle restaurant outside the hotel. I am very grateful to the hotel's duty manager, Suey, for helping my friend find this noodle restaurant. The guest room is clean and tidy. At this price, it's very friendly.If your travel budget is limited, you only need some standard services and don't mind that the hotel facilities are a bit old, this hotel will be a very good choice.
