Summary: I highly recommend this hotel. A great location with stunning views. The staff were amazing, we had a wonderful check in experience. Bar staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast waitress and waiters were kind and very helpful. Our room was clean, warm , with everything we needed.

Summary: Way above our expectations ! Hotel and staff were amazing, particular mention to Karina in the restaurant !!! Sadly we were only there for an overnight stop, would loved to have spent more time there. Definitely next time!!

Summary: We had a very nice and pleasant stay at this cozy hotel in Evian. Perfect location near the lake promenade and city center. Free shuttle from the train station. Comfortable room with nice view towards the lake. Good and quite variate breakfast. Nice spa (not included in our room category) with massage offers by experienced therapist. My mother appreciated the 50 min soft massage. Nice and friendly personnel who are ready to help with all you need. We appreciated that the hotel was ready to pay us back one last night in case we needed to leave earlier, but in the end it was not necessary. In summary, we strongly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Have stayed here several times and the staff are always fantastic and the location is perfect. Would be nice to have more dining options for lunch and dinner as normally the area around Evian can be a little hard on dining options most places shut at times during the day
