Summary: We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We received the online check in link but it did not work. I was very disappointed by the check in process at the desk. It was not friendly. There is also a lot of construction taking place. It was also complicated to get to our room. We had to take 2 elevators to get there. The stay was also very expensive.

Summary: A good hotel but way too expensive in my opinion after all fees. Room is nice but super loud outside all night long and if you like your room pretty warm you can adjust the thetmastat which really frustrated me especially at $500 a night. Beyond all that it’s a good location and certainly not my worst experience but this should not have cost this much.

Summary: The menus for the restsurant and room service should be available in the rooms or online. Otherwise, very nice. Also, they should male it clear that on any given floor, there are steps, like 8 down and then 8 back up. One of us struggles with stairs.

Summary: The hotel itself was nice enough and the service was good. The issue we had was one that unfortunately cannot be corrected. It is for the reasons below we will not be staying there again: the lift was so small we had trouble Gerri g our luggage + toddler in a stroller into the car. Once we got to ou floor, we encountered two small flights of stairs on the way to our room. Again, with the toddler in a stroller and luggage from two weeks of travel, this was extremely inconvenient.
