Positive: Well we had room only, because the wife and myself had to be up at 2am as we had a flight to TENERIFE at 6am, So we left the Hotel at 3.30am.

Negative: Well I think that you could do a Room only for when you have to catch a Flight early in the morning.

Positive: Room was clean and comfortable, staff were lovely and tried their best to help.

Negative: I booked specifically having spoken to one of the receptionists as I needed to park my SUV and large horse trailer overnight- I was picking up a horse from Derby Airfield the following day. She assured me that they had a section of the car park where coaches parked and I would have plenty of space. The evening was a disaster, the car park was full, I got stuck in a dead end, there was no where to park other than the overflow car park where I was wedged in between a line of cars and a brick shed. Fortunately the next day I was able to drive onto your lawn and turn round. Your staff were very kind and tried to help - but it was not the stay I had envisaged and I the only reason I spent £220.00 on a very brief overnight stay was so I could park easily. With hindsight I would have been better to find a rural B&B with a field to park in.

Positive: The hotel is excellent, rooms, pool, breakfast, evening meal could not fault anything

Negative: There's nothing I didn't like, if being picky the evening meal was a little pricey but food was delicious.

Everything prepared with focus on details, If anyone looking for great place to stay plus having chill at the pool and trying great breakfast choose this Hilton Hotel you will not get disappointed.
