Summary: Could have been so much better. We got put in a room next to the elevators. Every time the elevators went up and down, there was a loud rumbling through the wall. It was an extremely busy weekend and the elevators were going every few seconds. I asked at reception to move rooms, and the answer was they are full. More than one person throughout our stay stated that they do not book out the rooms next to the elevators unless they are fully booked. So, they clearly know the rooms next to the elevators are not fit for purpose! We were advised we could change rooms the following morning, however in the cold light of the next morning it did not prove that simple. About 1pm and third different person of asking, a very helpful person did allocate us a different room. The first night really spoilt it for us.

Summary: Easily accessible, close to the tram and close to where we had to be. It was clean, bathroom was nice and the highlight for us was the fridge and the closeness to the supermarket. A/C was a nice bonus and it wasn't really noisy. Pillows could have been better though.
