Summary: A lot of things at hotel were broken. The main thing is the hot water was out. Then they moved me to another room and the hot water went out in that room. Jacuzzi at pool was broken. Ice machines were broken on floors I was on. Gate on parking lot was broken first few days. I would expect a lot better from the Hilton brand. I was on business and moved to another hotel after 5 nights. The other hotel was less expensive an everything worked.

Summary: You have to request housekeeping and even after requesting it in person at the deck AND placing serve request on our door, the room wasn’t cleaned. Husband reported this and was handed towels. Waste containers look like someone smashed them.
