Summary: Very clean and quiet room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good restaurant. Parking was a bit expensive at $35 per night plus valet tip -- not included in the price of the room as booked on hotels.com.

Summary: Rooms were dark and uncomfortable. Only a bench couch, two uncomfortable chairs, no coffee table, not going back there I'll tell ya!

Summary: Leave the mopping for the afternoons or evening. The cleaning lady was mopping the lobby floor at 10am when we were checking out. Didn’t make sense to have a wet floor while first are trying to check out or coming and going from breakfast

Summary: We didn't eat breakfast, but the room was beautiful and we felt taken care of. My son and I stayed while he had a volleyball tournament and I was so happy that even late when we got back to the hotel, I was able to get a little glass of wine on my way to the room. Thank you for the hospitality and the coffee in the morning. Everyone was so very kind. What a wonderful experience.

Summary: I have stayed here before and it convinced me to stay a second time. I love the hotel, BART is close by and you can get anywhere fast. The only concern was checking in. There was one individual working the front counter. He was not personable and even came across as short. You would almost guess he was frustrated about being out there by himself at 4:00 PM and multiple peonies line
