Summary: Amazing staff and food

Summary: Check in was excellent. The manager that was on duty on the 26th was very friendly and explained everything very well. The manager or person when I went to check out was also excellent. During the five days stay, the front desk people were not friendly. They did not acknowledge me. The first two days were amazing as far as cleaning. I notified the front desk that Itwo days were amazing as far as cleaning. I notified the front desk that I needed more. I need more soap, however, I was not provided extra soap. It seems like the cleaning crew did not pick up empty bottles on the floor or replace the use glasses from the room. The hotel itself is very nice and centrally located. The crew at the valet parking were amazing. Even though I had to pay valet because that’s the only parking available, the valet parking were exceptional. Made the stay enjoyable.

Summary: Check-in was slow because there was only one service agent at the desk. It was Christmas Eve, but that doesn’t mean short-staffing is okay. Also off-putting is the parking situation, which is offered on the hotel property as valet-only for a charge. Otherwise, the hotel is well-maintained and comfortable for the price. Plus, the location is convenient to downtown Walnut Creek and the freeway.
