Summary: Hottub not hot enough bugs everywhere and breakfast was severely lacking! Very disappointed in a Hilton! Also paid for executive room we got nothing for the extra price. No breakfast or drinks or nothing. I will never return to this poorly managed hotel!!

Summary: Best way to describe not your typical Hilton. Not really riverfront all grown up nothing to see sort of felt abandoned. Pictures we seen of outside patio, riverwalk etc were not actually how it looked in person. Looked forward to sitting by fire pit but that didn’t happen. Bathroom had issues and was dangerously small. Microwave wasn’t even balanced. Staff was fine first room had issues he found us another quickly. Didn’t eat in restaurant.

Summary: Good sized king bed room, clean, easy check in, nice staff, within 15 - 20 minutes of O'Hare, safe area, free parking, fridge, microwave and free coffee in room. Only down side is that concessions are super expensive - $8 for a 20 oz. diet coke. There are no convenience stores within walking distance so if you aren't driving you may want to pick things up at the airport.

Summary: It was a good clean hotel for our stay. The building no doubt is a bit outdated but they have maintained it well. The king room was spacious for two folks. The only down side: A VERY SMALL/NARROW bathroom.

Summary: The food at the restaurant on site was delicious and had great service. The main areas were clean but our room was not the best. The bathroom needs attention, big time! Early in the morning the shower stopped working. The front desk apologized and moved us to a different room but it was still a hassle having to leave our initial room ASAP, head down to the lobby, and then be assigned a different room. There was no one in the lobby to assign us a new room and they knew we were coming. This put me behind quite a bit but I was still able to witness my wife swear in at MEPS so I'm not too upset. It was frustrating dealing with all of this first thing in the morning and with three kids. Also, the bathroom faucet and handle were completely messed up. Leaking and loose. The beds are amazing though! Super comfortable and with plenty of pillows. Sleeping was cramped because they couldn't find a portable crib like we requested.
