Summary: It was good, refrigitator wasn't working, i noticed it the next day

Summary: Staff was great. Room was large. Hotel was clean. Plenty of parking. Bathroom was tiny. There were no knobs on the inside shower door to open from the inside. Ice machine only on three floors. Stacks of dirty laundry left in the hallway over a day. Buffet Luke warm

Summary: I recently stayed at the Hilton in the Northbrook area, and while the hotel itself seemed decent overall, my experience was far from comfortable. The toilet in my room leaked all night, and I had to open the tank manually every time I used it just to stop it from running. On top of that, the floor next to the bathroom was constantly wet due to some kind of leak. I couldn’t walk barefoot or even in socks—I had to wear flip-flops just to move around comfortably in my own room. I reported the issue to the front desk around 10 PM, fully understanding that it might not be fixed immediately, which I was okay with. However, no one followed up, attempted to resolve the problem, or offered any kind of compensation or alternative. That lack of response was really disappointing. I won’t be staying here again, but I don’t think the hotel is inherently bad—I probably just got the short end of the stick. Still, for a Hilton, I expected better service and responsiveness.

Summary: Tired of hotels allowing kids birthday party's. We couldnt enjoy the pool or hot tub because of the party's going on. The boy's from 1 party were playing on the elevators and hit the buttons to every floor so we had to stop 6 times b4 we got to our floor.

Summary: The facility we stayed in was well maintained with attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner one night and breakfast buffet the following morning. Prior to dinner we had a cocktail in the bar. The bartender found the brandy my husband requested, checking for it in storage area. He was especially kind.
