Summary: Great location if visiting Concord, NC area. The access to the restaurant and walkablity around the hotel was a plus. Beautiful pond and paddle boat area. The personal welcome on the TV was a nice touch. The staff was VERY friendly and courteous with every interaction I had with them, professional. The hotel was close to the highway and closer to many stores an things to do.

Summary: My stay was great. Every time i visit down Charlotte this is where i stay. The people are always friendly, very nice and will do anything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is definitely my home away from home. 10/10 I will always recommend them to my family and friends!

Summary: The air conditioning didn’t work in my room. I talked to the front desk several times. They sent a maintenance worker up but it didn’t get fixed.

Summary: Love the location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The whole place was clean. The bathroom in our room was so small. It was difficult to maneuver with two kids. But i loved the shower and water pressure!
