Positive: The young girl at the front desk was amazing. She was so kind and polite. Helped when I had a question.

Negative: The older man in the evening was not pleasant. I believe his shift must have been like 11pm-7am because he was there in the am. Did not even say hi or good morning. We had to leave early for the hospital so a good morning would have been nice.

Positive: The room was great. Nice and quiet very roomy.

Negative: For what we paid to stay there, we were surprised that the breakfast buffet wasn't included in the room price. We've stayed at lower priced hotels and had the Continental breakfast included in the room price and what you served wasn't anything more or less than what we've had at other hotels. Neither one of us were all that impressed with the pancakes rolled up with apple compote in the middle. I don't know what caused it, maybe the compote adding moisture to the pancakes, but the pancakes tasted rather raw once you started eating them, even though you could clearly see they were well cooked. Other than that we felt the breakfast buffet was pretty nice.

Summary: Nice place to stay, pretty good restaurant.
