Summary: Since we couldn't find anyone to look after our dog, we decided to bring her along for a short getaway. The Hilton Belfast was incredibly welcoming, and the receptionist who checked us in was exceptional. We'll certainly be coming back. Thank you!

Summary: Gentleman that checked us in was lovely and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and the food was great for dinner and breakfast. Room was clean and the rest of the hotel also was neat and clean. We were all happy.

Summary: Spotless room and very spacious! The view from the room was underwhelming but that was ok as we really only slept there. Very hot and powerful showers. Breakfast was OK - very, very busy at the weekend and much quieter on the week. The staff stood out - exceptional customer service from everyone we encountered. We would definitely stay again - it’s a good location, right on the waterfront and so close to St George’s Market.

Hotel staff were extremely attentive and courteous throughout the stay. Enjoyed the late check out option. Great parking close by at a discount rate for hotel guests. Will stay again.
