Positive: Very clean, large, light well-designed room with a very comfortable bed. 25th floor so had great views across Beijing to the mountains on clear days. Convenient location to restaurants, April Gourmet supermarket, and subway. Staff friendly and helpful with some English.

Negative: The room given was not as same size as booked on booking.com. The staff at the 2nd Floor kitchen, the luggage porters, the housekeeping for my living floor were good with kind attitude, but the attitude of reception staff and the housekeeping who were cleaning the entry gate when we registered at the first night was very disappointing. The cost didn’t worth it as a 5-star hotel. Expensive but for nothing

Positive: Big room with modern design. Comfortable bed and good amenities. Very friendly and helpful staffs. It is near San Li Tun for shopping.

Negative: A little far from the mrt or central area of Beijing but it is not a big problem as we can cab anywhere easily. No robot to deliver our food from Mei tuen.

Negative: There were 4 people set to stay in our room. There were only 2 bottles of water, 2 coffee cups, 2 water cups and 3 bath towels provided.
