Positive: It was near shopping, we needed some auto parts from the Subaru dealer and the auto parts store. Up the hill from the locally famous Wayside restaurant. Other competing stays included 100 dollar tent glamping, so competitive in that regard.

Negative: Had to navigate a gauntlet of smokers at the front door. Inside door security latch was ripped off. Pillows were a little thin.

Positive: I will say the exterior was frightening. But once my fiance and I got in the lobby and our room, we were pleasantly surprised. Don't judge a book by its cover. Cheapest hotel around. Don't come with high expectations. But know you will sleep very well and it's clean enough. I recommend!

Negative: A little janky. But, hey...it's good.

Positive: This location has decent rooms. They were clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was good working air conditioning.

Negative: Despite my efforts running the water on Sunday morning to get ready for my final exit from the stay at this hotel, I wasn't able to get any hot water. I had to visit a nearby fitness club to get a decent shower. Short on toilet paper. Had 1/3rd rool left. Used my own toilet paper which was of higher quality.

Summary: Clean, comfortable, quiet, but still needs improvement in hot water supply.
