Summary: Our overnight at the Capitol Plaza was relaxing and comfortable. We were surprised at the size of our suite, the shower was huge! Valerie at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the elevator is out of service, so we took the stairs to the 4th floor, giving us some cardio exercise while we were there!

Summary: Amazing stay! After a long day of travel ( from California) we were greeted by the happiest person on the planet, Valerie! Your staff does a wonderful job of making you feel like family, not a customer. The room was great, clean comfortable and inviting! I’ll be coming to Vermont for the next 4 years (daughter will be attending Norwich) and you will definitely be my first choice of places to stay!

Summary: We checked in late night, so I understand a tired employee. But the employee was rude at check in. Also the bathroom door didn’t close which was alarming. Lastly, the elevators weren’t working which wasn’t ideal.
