Positive: Location for us was amazing up in the hills, quiet and not on an estate but a few other villas around Exceptional views 5-7 minute approx drive to Latchi Latch is a small (compared to Coral Bay, Larnaca etc) town but several fabulous restaurants which backed on to small marina, nice beach and bar but a little pebbly Supermarkets and several souvenir shops, water sports, boat hire, quad/buggy hire Another 5 minutes away was Polis, larger than Latchi and several more restaurants Villa was new, fabulous, much larger than anticipated Facilities in Villa excellent - did not need anything There were plenty of loungers and outdoor ocassional seating and chairs We noted there was no outdoor dining table which we contacted owners about, when we arrived new table and chairs Hosts were very responsive to any queries we had and nothing was too much trouble Outdoor area was a great space too, pool was fabulous and a good size. Pool attended most days (if not every day) by pool guy Gardener once a week to blow away any leaves Fabulous 3 week holiday, would definitely return to Latchi and Villa Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Negative: No parasols for loungers although we did not mention this but if had we have done I’m quite certain they would have rectified this. There was plenty of shade in the day where we could sit and relax by the pool so no need for us. Two new villas under construction next to us (actual building completed so plastering I think was going on)which we weren’t aware of till we arrived which was a little bit of a shame as a couple of workmen so felt a little self conscious, but in fairness they were respectful and kept themselves to themselves and not too noisy
