Positive: Good selection of games for families. Lovely and clean. Hot tub was excellent, spotless and loved the privacy. Excellent selection of kitchenware. Lovely decoration - making it feel like a home from home.

Negative: Poor hot water pressure making it difficult to shower and wash hair. Not all of the windows close properly and some looked like they have handles missing. This is more from a safety perspective, particularly having young children staying. We picked what ended up being a particularly hot weekend, so the draughts helped circulate air throughout the caravan.

Positive: We loved the location of the lodge, as it was a peaceful little holiday park. The hot tub was amazing, beds were very comfy, kitchen was kitted out and it was very clean when we arrived. Easy for us to find once instructions were sent to us via messaging and signs in the property of important information such as WiFi codes. There were cleaning supplies for us to use before we left the property.

Negative: There were a lot of flies when sitting in the hot tub and we feel like a canopy or something would be best, along with being able to sit in the hot tub when the weather is poor. It would also be useful for some things to use to swat said flies away when in the hot tub. We didn’t have enough towels for the two of us considering we were using the hot tub frequently and the showers. The shower itself would not go hot on some occasions and was indeed cold at times.

Summary: Fabulous hot tub lodge with great facilities. Would have loved a canopy/cover.

Negative: Nothing, if anything getting access earlier than 4pm would have been great but that is personal choice and understand cleaners need to have time to sort property etc. had I stayed longer than 1 night the 4pm check in wouldn’t have been an issue.
