Positive: I arrived at 4pm and Bobby was just finishing up the handover. She was super friendly and couldn’t have been nicer - went through the necessities we needed to know (hot tub, heating etc). The home was perfect for a large group and offered everything and more we could have asked for. Would highly recommend to anyone. Joanna was really quick to respond to any queries we had in the lead up and after too.
