Summary: Such a beautiful home to enjoy family time and enjoy the Texas Hill Country. The home is just beautiful, lots of room and so relaxing. Just minutes away from Texas Wine Vinyards of Fredericksburg and the adorable town of Johnson City.

Summary: Perfect house for a multi-couple winery weekend. Great host communication, and everything was as advertised. Super clean, had all the kitchen items for cooking at the house. We would absolutely return to this house again.

Summary: The house was very nice, clean, and large. We did not feel like we were on top of one another. The bedrooms and bathrooms appeared to be just updated. The kitchen and dinning room layout allowed our large group enough room for cooking and buffet style serving. The pool was the highlight of the trip. The shaded area around the pool allowed a nice area to get out of the direct sun when you needed a break. Plenty of seating around the pool. Perfect size pool for adults and kids. Hot tub looked nice, but probably better to be used in the cool months. Nice back porch with different sitting areas for quite times. Good amount of room for parking. Overall, we had enjoyed our stay and had a fun time at the pool.

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing time at the house. The house was very clean and was beautiful. Lots of outside space for people to sit and hangout. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit and a top hangout spot. The kitchen was nicely stocked and organized. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and it never felt crowded. The covered basketball court was nice for the kids to play in when it got dark.

Summary: The house was amazing plenty of space so even with 9 people it never felt cluttered. The house had everything we needed and even more. The owner Lee was very kind and attentive if anything was needed. The new pool is amazing and a great spot to spend the whole day! Will definitely book again! 10/10 recommend!
