Summary: Our stay at Modern Cottage was magnificent. It was perfect. Other family members stayed in other VRBOs in town, but Jessica's place was by far more spacious and well stocked. We know we will be back to Cut Bank again and we will definitely stay at the Modern Cottage. Every detail was managed beautifully. Cannot say enough about the home and Jessica's hospitality.

Summary: It was obvious from the beginning that the owner of this VRBO wanted you to be comfortable and have what you need during your stay. Communication before we arrived, as well as during was informative and responsive. It was more room than we needed, but we appreciated having space. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, including extras, like popcorn, or oatmeal for a quick breakfast, and bear spray (much appreciated if your hiking) The master bath was large, my only recommendation there would be a counter mirror on the vanity as there was only one small mirror above the sink. Would make it easier for more than one person using it since it did have plenty of room. I would recommend and would book again if ever in the area.

Summary: The home was beautiful and loved the amenities. The only issue we had was the television. After awhile it had a big black mark that covered up some of the show.

Summary: Great home nicely appointed. It was perfect for us. Too bad glacier was still closed for the season. Host was very responsible. Loved the washer and dryer. Neighborhood was good and very walkable.
