POOL AND SPA and Gas Heater: We have a heater for the pool for the early spring and late fall. The Spa will reach 100+ degrees year around and the new GAS heater will heat the pool up to over 86 degrees. The 12x28 pool is flat bottomed so the kids can enjoy the entire length! There is plenty of lounge chairs to relax in the sun or the shade and comfy durable tables to enjoy your snack and meals on those fun summer days.
*Effective 12/2025:
For guests requesting a heated pool there is a seasonal pool heating rate of $250 per reservation during the months Oct-March
Access is provided via Lockbox: Code will be sent via the Hostfully Application after the first payment
ACCESSIBLE: The house is equipped with a walk in shower and an elevator is available to afford those with difficulties in climbing stairs the opportunity to vacation along with their friends and family.

The top floor has two master bedrooms, with one California King Bed per room

This fabulous house is less than 600 feet from the ocean. Both balconies were intentionally built deep to allow for plenty of folks to sit and rock on the porch while watching the waves come in the ocean. This house is centrally located and in less than 10 minutes you can be at all of North Myrtle Beach's attractions, restaurants and shopping areas.

Summary: This was our annual trip to the beach and we had four couples and nine children ages nine through 17. The children are very active and the house was perfect for us. We fully utilized the ping-pong table, corn hole, volleyball in the pool, foosball, poker table, hot tub, putting green, air hockey, and beach. It is a very easy walk to the beach. We especially liked the activity area by the pool under the first floor. It is covered and in the shade and during the heat of the day and rain we were able to still enjoy the pool, corn hole and ping-pong. The house is well supplied and well maintained. We would definitely go back.

Summary: This property met the needs of our whole group! (Age range: 20-84) The location allowed for short & easy walks to the beach and ice cream shop. It was conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The elevator allowed Grandma & Grandpa to spend as much time as they wanted with the rest of us at the pool! There was plenty to do outdoors near the pool- putting greens, ping-pong, TV, corn hole, grilling. It was a great hangout during the days. The spacious third floor was perfect for our large group - plenty of seating & space for meals, cards, and game-playing. Besides the elevator, a few other items that were extremely beneficial to us were the beach wagon, the fully functional kitchen, the second refrigerator, and all of the private bathrooms. We were also grateful for the support the Property Manager,Scott, gave us throughout our stay.

Summary: The house was beautiful and great location even a block off the ocean, we still had a view of the ocean. Scott was the house manager and gave us an excellent tour of the house and showed how to work everything. The pool area was awesome and a great place to hang out with family. There was everything you could think of available from home owner. It had everything for a day on the beach to every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. Awesome house and great people to deal with. We will return in the future.

Summary: We had such a great stay! Our first family vacation! Awesome house with plenty of sleeping space! Comfy beds, huge kitchen with literally everything you could need from cooking spices to a waffle maker and coffee bar. Awesome pool with all the floaties and toys you could need! There is cornhole, air hockey, a putting green and alllll the sand toys, beach chairs plus a cart to haul it all down for the day! The elevator was a great bonus for hauling luggage up and down. The beach is a 3 min walk. Quiet neighborhood. We didn’t have a lot of traffic. Clean beach and it wasn’t crowded at all. Property manager was very informative and was available right away with anything we needed or had questions about. There was enough to do at the house to keep the kids entertained there plus the beach is such a short walk away and the Myrtle beach strip is a short drive. There’s a convenience mart, ice cream shop, Irish pub, and a souvenir beach shop a short walk away. It was a perfect getaway and would highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed with our friends, family of 6. There was plenty enough room. The beds were comfortable and lots to do. Minutes to the beach and a great view! The pool and hot tub were amazing, so when it was blustery at the beach, the backyard was a fantastic place to hang out. Scott was very helpful and was there anytime we needed anything. Next time we come back to Myrtle beach, we’ll definitely be staying here!
