Summary: The house comfortably accommodated 5 individuals who all need their space. Layout of the home is quite roomy. We arrived late morning after flying across country all night, and were graciously allowed to check in early. Didn’t have enough towels but on day 2 found some in the washing machine. Cleanliness was acceptable, but not great. Only real issue was delayed email response to questions ahead of trip. It took 3 emails to get a response which made me nervous about what I’d find when I arrived. Everything turned out fine. We had difficulty finding a place without steps since one person in our party can’t navigate them. The layout was ideal for our situation.

Summary: What can I say… it was the perfect spot to stay. Close to shopping, very spacious. Plenty of room to spread out. We would watch the school activities outside the dining area. What a treat! Whenever I stay in Middle River, this will be my go to. It doesn’t hurt that my son and his family are right around the corner!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Summary: The cutest little house ever we had a great time everything was perfectly clean in an order had linens, shampoo, conditioner, towels, very comfortable home, and everything was great !! will definitely come back again! Close to everything !!

Summary: First evening before we arrived property manager Michelle notified us that a plumber was on the way to look at the bathtub. Plumber arrived and so did Michelle. Both were polite and efficient. The first thing we noticed when we pulled into the driveway was that the grass needed to be mowed. Middle River is a older neighborhood. The location for us was convenient. No dressers in any of the bedrooms.

Summary: Very happy and satisfied with this rental! You walk in and definitely feels very inviting and relaxing. Our excellent experience started even before we arrived in the location. Property Manager (Dawn) reached out to check asking what else we need before arriving (she got us water bottles!). Once again when we arrived! This place has "EVERYTHING" you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. I've been in many rentals where you would be happy to have one pot and one spatula, this place had everything!!! Bathrooms, they had towels, lotions, soap, extra toothbrushes. etc. Truly a "clean" turn key place where all you need are your clothes. Very happy with this rental and will be back. Thank you!
