Summary: First room was dirty - tub hadn’t been cleaned. Second room was better but has a terrible musty smell. Gym was under renovations. Staff when I checked in at night wasn’t friendly or helpful

Summary: The Highland was clean and welcoming. Nice hotel. Only thing that could improve is the breakfast. Strictly continental: bread and jellies, muffins, yogurt, waffles, no eggs or bacon.

Summary: Booking was easy and quickly done. Patti checked us in and she was awesome!!! Wish I could say the same thing about the guy who was working Monday morning. There was no coffee available in the morning and he seemed totally disinterested in helping out or doing anything about it. The room was spacious and bright. Large window which let in lots of light. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The washroom was large. The room was very clean. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast offered was a waffle and no coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: You could tell that they were switching over from an old hotel name to a new hotel name. But it felt pretty sketchy around the hotel. For example, beat up cars in the parking lot, people driving around in vehicles that it shouldn't probably be driving though a hotel parking lot. I just felt unsafe outside our room. My husband wouldn't let me leave the room without him. That's how unsafe he and I felt.

Summary: Literally, this hotel has been undergoing some remodeling, and it looks amazing. I can't wait for the final result. The staff is very friendly and diligent.

Summary: It's was just fine for our one night. They are renovating so the pool was not working and there was some Reno supplies around. There really isn't a lot of choices for breakfast, but it is only continental. They did have waffles, cereal and bread/bagels to toast. Coffee wasn't very good though.

Summary: We booked this room based on previous reviews and the fact that they had a hot tub. After a long drive, we were looking forward to that. Upon arrival assign a reception says fitness centre down for maintenance hot tub down for maintenance. The hotel was under renovation. The breakfast room was half full of construction material. The breakfast was very limited. The room itself was clean and comfortable, except the hot water in the shower wasn’t even very hot. We picked up numerous nails in the parking lot from the construction. Fortunately, they weren’t in our tires. possibly once construction is completed it could be a better hotel. But on another trip through Minot, it won’t be our first choice.

Summary: it was a great stay our room was a little dusty from remodeling and the curtains were dirty other wise but maybe they were still going to change things out and the remodel wasn't done in that particular room and were still working on it
