Summary: The Grand Hotel was pretty quiet during our stay. Sad to find out all the renovations happening, but looking forward to seeing what the new improved amenities will be like.

Summary: We appreciated how clean the property was. We ended up staying for 4 hours and then just ended up heading back home when my flight got in. I got the hotel room for my mom and brother who were waiting for me to fly in. Since the restaurant wasn't open there wasn't anywhere for them to eat. This is fine but it should be very clear that these amenities aren't available when booking so people can then decide if they want to get the room or not.

Summary: No shuttle service available the night i arrived at airport. This hotel did have construction going on which was stated but i booked specifically for the shuttle. No restaurant available, just absolutely disappointed 😞 other hotels in the area offered more for same price. Asked to speak to management but never got a response.

Summary: The heat would not turn down in the room. it kept getting hotter and hotter. 78 degrees, it was horrible and that was with the AC on full blast

Summary: The staff was nice and helpful, but the heating system was not working in a lot of the rooms including ours! They brought up a space heater in order be semi comfortable. Restaurant was also closed for remodeling.
