Positive: Jennifer and Phil were perfect hosts 🤗 Very homely, lovely farmhouse.so peaceful,great location.lovely views. Phil was a mine of information! All guests sat round a large farmhouse table in the dining room for breakfast,friendly bunch! Even Phil's two dogs made you feel welcome 🤗

Positive: The breakfast was held in an informal farmhouse dining room round a shared table with other guests. There was a good range of options with hearty servings.

Negative: I would love to have had a decaf option of tea and coffee on the hospitality tray in the room - having said that I am certain that if I had asked hosts Phil or Jennifer for that they would have provided it.
