Positive: Great house, very spacious, everything you need, pet friendly.

Negative: Very tight access road in and out, house next door is being rebuilt meaning workmen on-site from 7 am, neighbour's are incredibly grumpy busy bodies who were not friendly. Back garden is poor, basically a waste ground.
