Positive: Prior to our arrival we received good communication about accessing the property which was easy to find in a lovely location down by the waterfront. Our ground floor apartment was well equipped with a small outdoor terrace which offered excellent views. The apartment is located close to the harbour, shops and restaurants.

Negative: The double bed was very comfortable but is located in a very small space, making it difficult to access without climbing in from the foot of the bed. There is a generally a shortage of cupboard space for clothing. BEWARE - A group of locals (sometimes numbering 6 to 8 ) gathered on the grass in front of the apartments for lengthy periods on several days during our weeks stay. They were sitting and lying on the grass drinking, drug taking, shouting abuse at passers-by and using disgusting language which got worse and louder as the drink took effect. At times they were fighting with each other and openly urinating on the grass in front of our terrace. We did report to management who took our complaint seriously and they did report the group to the police without delay. The police attended prompty on more than one occasion and spoke to the group but did not move them on. Things would quiten down for a short time after he police visit, however it was not long before the behaviour erupted again. It appears the grass area in front of the apartments is a regular meeting place for the group. Unfortunately it did mean that we were very uncomfortable sitting out on our terrace and that did negatively impact on our holiday.

Positive: Location, view, comfort, reserved parking all pluses.. Loved being part of the harbor community. Just the right amount of boat and sea plane activity. Sunsets gorgeous. Bed and sofa bed comfortable. Kitchen well organized. Exactly what two friends who consider each other family were looking for

Negative: Cautionary note that bed is in a tight alcove.Would have liked a small table outdoors for our two chairs, but, hey, that's a very little complaint.

Positive: The position was great! The room was on the ground level, so there was no lugging luggage upstairs. The sunset views from the room were beautiful.

Negative: The bedroom was tiny. Too small to walk around the bed. The sun in the afternoon was blinding.
