Positive: Loved the location, nice quiet road but we were there on a weekend and there's a school opposite. I can imagine a normal weekday to be alot of traffic and noise. First impressions were a very spacious and clean apartment . Bed very comfortable, would of liked the double room to be in the front as is was roasting in the back room with no window to open.

Negative: I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!! I do feel that this company really dont care about customer satisfaction at all. Was told 3/330 entrance, arrived at 315 to find cleaner still there . After ringing they said j will ring back in couple minutes and didn't. Got a text from cleaner saying will tell you when you can come in. Had no option but to wait in the car. We had come to visit family and invited to dinner at 6pm so wasn't best pleased that we finally entered at 430! As previous customers have said , wifi password Incorrect, bad communication to sort it out. Never was resolved and had to leave a day earlier as we couldn't use our laptops for work. If I was staying with kids I would of been fuming if I couldn't use the TV. Lovely coffee machine, ground coffee available , but European plug so couldn't plug in and also no where to put the actual coffee Into the machine as a vital part was missing! No sugar, no knifes had to butter my toast with a spoon and a really dirty oven. Only supplied 1 toilet roll and shower is tiny , I'm a larger lady and I couldn't bend over In it. The double room is in the back with sloping walls, we are both tall people and numerous times smacked our heads, would of been better if they swapped the rooms around . Front bedroom lovely and spacious and airy. If this is the only property that they rent out I would seriously consider putting on the information that it's a top floor flat on 3rd floor and no lifts. People with mobility problems would struggle with the 5 flights of stairs. Overall a bad stay and won't be using again unfortunately. Would only recommend for a crash over and no cooking involved.

Positive: Apartment was ideal location for short, pleasant walk into the City. There is a lovely high street with a great Indian restaurant and Tapas restaurant. Also, there is an amazing bakery called The Tiny Bakery on Clarendon Park Road. The queue began forming at 745am for the 0830am opening on Saturday morning - Its that good! Spacious apartment for two people. Parking on street good at weekend, in the week residents only between 930 and 1030. No local car park. Once we got over the initial foibles the apartment was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. We would stay again.

Negative: WiFi code was not correct on initial info email, received a reply after some time by text. Dishwasher did not work, no reply received by text. Japanese toilet is sluggish flushing and requires several attempts to clear, possibly low water pressure. Shower is quite small so larger people may struggle. The kitchen is supplied with the very.basic necessities, there are pans and a couple of spoons, plates and glasses. The coffee machine did not work and there was no instant coffee available. There is nowhere to hang clothes in the double bedroom, just a couple of shelves and bedside cabinet, no window to open, and no mirror. The floor seemed to be heated and so it was very hot in the room. The points I mention are all finishing touches, not enough to spoil the stay but nice to have.
