Positive: Large, spacious apartment in a great location, within walking distance of the beach, Royal Opera , restaurants and cafes. Own free parking in the garage . Air conditioning working well . The owner was very friendly.

Negative: The bathrooms need renovation. There were small ants in the bathrooms that were creeping into the bedrooms. The bedding in the master bedroom had only been partially changed by the previous occupants and smelled strongly of sweat. Fortunately, we had our own bedding.

Positive: Check in was smooth and we had a great time in Muscat, accommodation was clean and nice, we had dinner at Ubhar restaurant downstairs on the ground floor based on host's recommendation for local Omani food and it was delicious. Went to Muscat Nights events which was in Qurum Park near the apartment and we had a great time

Positive: It's above a mall or shopping center and minutes from the Opera House. The instructions are clear for entering the car park and getting to the apartment. The apartment has a lovely living room and dining room, the table all set for a meal if so desired. Very modern furniture etc. As it was our final night in Muscat, we didn't spend much time in the apartment but it's very comfortable. It was great as it wasn't far to drive to our favorite Lebanese retaurant, Al Joud. We also went for facials at Hakim's barber shop nearby. Therefore, it's a good location for getting to other places too. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, perfect for a family of four. Cot is included as well as mattresses if more than 4 etc. A great surprise was snacks and lot's of choices of hot drinks as complimentary treats. Toothbrushes, shampoo etc are all available. A clean and large kitchen too. Again, we didn't cook or anything but the possibility is there. If we were to visit Muscat again, we would definitely book this apartment for a few night. It was also one of the few apartments with a balcony though it's overlooking the highway across. However, I sat and enjoyed my coffee in the sunshine for one final morning in the sunshine before heading for winter wonderland in Sweden.
