Positive: The apartment is very nice and comfortable, equipped with so many things and details for cooking, cleaning, washing, entertainment... With one key u have the entrance to the private underground garage parking place from which you go by elevator to the hall where the apartment is. Easy self check-in and out. Very nice and large loggia with a nice view. Few minutes drive to the city centre. We would be glad to come to this apartment again :)

Positive: The apartment is modern, clean, has everything you need. There is also a private place in the underground parking. We stayed for one night, had a good rest. Since we arrived late, it is very convenient that there is a self check in and check out. Next time I also plan to stay in this apartment.

Negative: There was no shampoo and other products in the shower.

Positive: We had a good stay in Graz. The host, Natalia, was very supportive and responsive. The instructions for parking, collecting the key, and finding the apartment were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in smooth.

Negative: There was an initial misunderstanding between Natalia and the cleaning lady, so the apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived. However, Natalia handled the situation personally and quickly — she came over herself and made sure everything was cleaned and prepared for us, which we really appreciated.

Summary: Overall, a helpful host and a positive experience despite the minor hiccup.

Positive: Nice host, flexible arriving. Tram stop, shops are close. Clean and big apartment. Overally very good accomodation with some remarks/recommondation.

Negative: The mattress was very soft for us and the pillows are too big. It would be nice to have different size of pillows so guests can choose the more comfortable for them. Also would be nice to have a microwave.
