Positive: Big family with kids its okay

Negative: For Kids this property is good. But the thing is this they didn’t maintained well. Like in play area room attract us a-lot, but at a corner they just put balls which is not properly kept and cleaned Second kids pool area is there. There is no pool for adults please you must mentioned this. And even slide,s are so dangerous if kids come fast down they can get hurt badly. Price is tooooo much

Positive: I like the theme and plan to return once the reported issues are addressed. The farmhouse and rooms are spacious, and the rooms were clean. However, there is a need to improve the maintenance of outdoor activities.

Negative: I am giving 3 stars because several advertised amenities were either not functioning or missing. I will consider changing to 5 stars once the host addresses these issues. No toiletries were provided. Only 3 bath towels were available for 8 adults, and there were no hand towels. The tea/coffee machine shown in the photo was not available. The game console was not working, despite being shown in the photo. The go-kart was missing, replaced with a drifting scooter, but the wheels were broken, and it couldn’t be charged. Netflix license was expired. The swimming pool water was not cleaned properly, and the floor was slippery. The pool depth was only one foot, not one meter as confirmed. There was a lack of privacy, as cleaners entered the farmhouse at 12 noon before checkout. No support was available via phone or WhatsApp after 9:30 PM if we needed assistance.

Summary: Enjoyed our staycation.

Positive: Lovely place for family gatherings, BBQs, and kids' activities, from the bike track to the pool and the game room, it's a great place to spend time in, and special thanks to the villa keeper who kept everything neat and was very humble and helping.

Negative: Could have added shampoo in the bathroom at least or at least mention it is not there.

Negative: The kitchen is small and without utensils and plates to use. They should invest on that as visitors are normally cooking and would need these kitchen items
