Positive: Everything!!! The nicest staff and coolest hotel.

Negative: The front doors aren’t locked and no human at the counter to check you in. Felt a little creepy.

Positive: This hotel was recently renovated and now feels like a chic boutique hotel! The decor is awesome, a record player in every room and a vast record collection to choose from in the luxurious and cozy lobby. The pool is so nice! The children’s playroom and adult game room also were amazing! Such a great atmosphere and vibe, so modern and felt way more expensive than it actually was.

Negative: Not really anything except I felt like the heat was cranked everywhere in the building and I was so hot but it would be wonderfully cozy in the ski season.

Positive: a European type experience. All on line arrangements, no front desk personnel but a help desk kiosk with remote contact to a human being. Very clean and a nice sitting area with gas fireplace. Unique LP record player in each room with vast library of vinyl to select. Nice hot chocolate machine in lobby. Machine dispenser bottled beverages with credit card only.Easy parking adjacent to a nice pub. Caters to skiers for Mount Sunapee.

Negative: No food or continental breakfast. Very dim lighting in room. No cable TV. or discernible WiFi. On line registration after booking is tedious.

Positive: I loved the family room, pool and record players everywhere

Negative: I did not like the virtual/computer check in. Our room wasn’t ready and then we had to search for staff. They were very friendly and helpful but I would have rather gone straight to a human than a screen. Especially since the computer did not have all the information about why and when my room would be available.
