Summary: Fantastic every time I stay there. Met the caretaker/woman in charge and was an absolute delight. We will be back in 2 weeks again.

Summary: Ability to connect with someone about my reservation was difficult, even at check in you only deal with a counter computer for your room access. The one time I was able to actually reach a live person they provided wrong information resulting in my credit card to be canceled for possible fraudulent charges. The time wanted and stress involved was a major factor in my rating.

Summary: Hot tub was awesome. Door needs a way to get back in as it locks and there is no entry. It was 7° and luckily it was a hot tub. Didn’t take long for the care taker to come and let us in

Summary: The room was spotless and so were the community areas. There are so many different areas to hang out and every one is comfortable and decorated beautifully. The coffe bar was a huge plus, too!

Summary: Good little spot for the price. Super close and convenient to the mountain and area restaurants. Please note that it's very bare bones. We didn't see one worker the entire time. It's all self serve. It felt like it needed a little love - the saunas were out of order, the hot cocoa machine was out of order. If they can fix that stuff, I'd go back.
