Summary: Hideaway cottage was a nice secluded get away. The host prepared a nice clean place for my stay along with a few items you would need for your day to day uses. I also walked in to cookies on the table which were amazing. Very pleased with my stay and would recommend to anyone who needs a peaceful place to stay.

Summary: My husband & I stayed here 4 nights. Overall, it was very nice for a limited stay. The house is set down a hill from the owners house & main road. We were greeted with some cookies and the house was very clean. The outside has a patio off the living room with table & chairs along with a small fire pit. Important Note: when leaving the house, be sure to stop directly at the owners house as it is right next to the main road. We were caught off guard the first time leaving because the driveway of the neighbor house across the street gave the illusion we were still on our driveway and we almost drove right into the road! The property is on a quiet road.The house is set in a peaceful area away from everyone. However, if you open the windows to the house you can hear the traffic on I-76. The bedroom is a very large 'loft'. The king-size bed is exceptionally comfortable. The room also has a set of bunk beds. This room does not have a door. It overlooks a railing to the stairs. It may not be the safest choice for very young children. The kitchen is set with basic needs. Our mornings were very relaxed and we made use of the Auto-drip coffee maker. A negative for me is that the kitchen doors have no shades etc for privacy. I was uncomfortable at night. The bathroom is small considering how large the adjacent living room is. It contained a pedestal sink without a vanity therefore you had limited space to put anything. We used the windowsill in the living room to hold our toiletries. :)

Summary: Laundry service was perfect kitchen was beautiful everything was very clean. A very relaxing and peaceful stay. And also the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever experienced. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Summary: A beautiful little cottage in the scenic, rolling hills of Lancaster county. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to messages, and graciously allowed an early check in for me. The house is tucked back in the trees and feels very private. There is some noise from the nearby PA turnpike, but it isn't overwhelming. I loved all the windows in the home, and the lovely view of trees and nature on all sides. The whole area is beautiful, and there is so much to explore and do!
