Positive: Lovely house. Very well decorated and modern. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had all essentials & some extra bits too.

Negative: Very close to other properties - both other holiday lets and a farmhouse. Property is on a worming farm and this brought lots of flies. Not really much can done about it, and it didn't bother us, but it could potentially put someone off.

Positive: Simply a fantastic place to stay. We felt like kings staying there. Uber taxis to Bristol and Cardiff were easy to arrange regardless of the location. I would highly recommend this place

Negative: There’s nothing I would suggest could be improved.

Positive: I celebrated my 30th birthday staycation here and it was so wonderful! The house is so bright and modern with its high ceilings, pretty light fixtures and gorgeous bathrooms. It’s a breath of fresh air outside of the city, a true countryside escape, we stayed during winter and the house was so cosy and warm, very clean with towels, and incredibly comfy beds with plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. The kitchen space is so big, perfect for prepping meals and socialising, as well as the smart tv and big sofa area making it easy to have chill movie nights. The hot tub was also a lovely experience, clean and warm with various jet and light settings with separate towels provided as well which is very thoughtful! The house is located about 35 min drive from Bristol town centre, which we dropped by to visit their Christmas market and timely Black Friday shopping.

Negative: The only thing we would mention is that the house alarm would beep at random intervals and there weren’t clear instructions on how to reset and we never heard back from owner (we suspect it’s because we had the door open to let some air in).

Summary: Overall a really elegant, well-kept, charming home - I would 100% recommend and cannot wait to go back again!

Positive: Beautifully decorated and well kept house. Very well equipped for a large group and plenty of space.

Negative: Property is ever so slightly far from main attractions in and around Bristol but the surroundings make up for it.
