Welcome to your Hidden Retreat. This brand-new 3 bedroom/2.5 bath luxury townhome is almost 2,000 sq ft and is conveniently located in the center of Murfreesboro near the interstate, restaurants, and shopping. The minute you enter the home you will be welcomed with all the amenities needed to ensure you feel at home while away from home. The community provides direct access to a local playground and local walking trails.
Hidden Retreat is a well-appointed family friendly 3-bedroom 2.5 bathroom brand new end unit luxury townhome with tons of natural lighting, quartz countertops, over 1 gb high speed internet, and design touches throughout the property.
The downstairs is set up to ensure you and your guests are able to enjoy quality time together with a fully open floorplan.
Downstairs you have a large fully equipped kitchen, with a coffee bar, air fryer, toaster, Samsung appliances (refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher), and pantry. The kitchen also has plenty of plates, bowls, glassware, flatware and cooking utensils. There is an island with seating for 4 along with a table that seats 6. We also have a high chair and pack and play w/bassinet and sheets available upon request.
There is also a large living room equipped with ample seating and a queen size sleeper sofa, a 65” smart tv, sound bar, tv console which has a variety of games for entertainment, and ceiling fan. You will also find a half bath and coat closet.
While downstairs there is no shortage of outdoor places to unwind. There is a patio furniture sectional sofa set on your private fenced in back patio with table, a cornhole set and out front there are 2 rocking chairs to sit back and relax while enjoying nature.
When it’s time to unwind or have your own individual space you can head upstairs where you will be met with.
Primary Bedroom: Large bedroom with over 14’ high ceilings and extra windows for natural lighting. Queen size bed w/memory foam mattress, 42” smart tv, ceiling fan, walk in closet, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, complimentary toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. You will also have access to the 2nd floor balcony w/ patio furniture for 2 to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or to just take in all the scenery in this serene environment.
2nd Bedroom: 2 Full size beds w/memory foam mattresses, 42” smart tv, ceiling fan and large closet.
3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen size bed w/memory foam mattress, 42” smart tv, ceiling fan and large closet and a dedicated work space.
Upstairs you will also find another full bathroom that includes a tub, complimentary toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a full-size laundry room equipped with a Samsung Washer and Dryer. The hall closet is stocked with plenty of linen such as towels, sheets, blankets along with other essentials such as a blow dryer, first aid kit, iron and ironing board.
Parking is in the rear of the town home, and you will enter the home through the back door inside a privacy fence. You will be provided an access code prior to check-in for keyless entry.
The entire home will be yours; we simply ask that you take care of our home as if it was your own.

Summary: From the moment we pulled up to this property we knew we made the right choice. Location was close to everything we needed, yet nestled into a friendly and safe community. Once i opened the door, I felt a warm and cozy atmosphere. It seemed like it was brand new. Super clean! I am big on "the and then some" and appreciated the throw blankets in the closet to cozy up on the big spacious and comfortable sofa. They even made sure there were new toothbrushes just in case. And a big plus was the air fryer to warm up our to go food. The beds were super comfortable. We were super busy with wedding festivities, but wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful home.I was especially impressed that the owners checked in on us since there was a storm during our stay. The owner checked in on us after we had a big storm and was actually willing to come to check the staus of thewifi if we lost it due to power. Thank you so much Rey and Nina.

Summary: There were 6 of us friends (3 couples). 1st time to visit nashville. This home of Rey and Nina's was beautiful, clean, and very roomy, plenty of room, for all 6 of us. They had all the amenities we needed. If we every come back to murfreesboro we would love to stay here again! Liz

Summary: We absolutely loved staying here. The place was so cute and clean. It had a perfect little kitchen/dining area and a big comfy couch in the living room. The owners were very quick to respond and willing to do anything to make our stay great. They even brought us a kitchen item that was missing one night. This is a great place for a little getaway, and it’s in a very cute neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
