Positive: Spacious, well finished, well equipped and close to the city. About 15 minutes taxi ride. Bus stop also very close by.

Negative: Difficult to find when we arrived as it is located at the back of a family home and is not visible. Beds small/ short for two adults.

Summary: Family very welcoming and helpful and the host available should we have needed anything.

Positive: What not to like about this place? So spacious and comfortable. We were there for 3 nights but we're sad during checkout. The whole vibe is so so good There's everything you would need. It felt like a home away from home. The highlight was the kitchen. The amenities provided were exceptional and good. They had fridge full of the basic things we needed. Even if you don't want to go out to explore victoria and just stay at this place would make you feel at peace. No disturbances. It felt like the owner set up the place not for guests but for himself, the way it was so warm and cozy. The area outside is a highlight, you feel like you're in your own backyard.

Negative: Nothing really. It was September so I couldn't use swimming pool because of weather but if you just want to dip your feet inside it is another good thing as well.

Positive: Great location, clean, super responsive host, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer to use was also a bonus! This was such a great place to stay.

Negative: The lock on the door didnt work when we first arrived, however, our host was quick to fix it.

Positive: The pool was huge. The beds were comfortable and cooking on the gas range was a treat. Large outdoor barbecue under a covered area was great. It was well appointed.

Negative: Only one roll of toilet paper for 4 adults for 2 days.

Positive: We liked the quiet neighborhood. The unit was very well appointed: we didn’t want for anything. We liked the pool and the outdoor kitchen area, although we did not make use of them other than cooling our feet in the pool. The check-in and check-out instruction were clear and easy to follow. The host responded quickly when we had an issue accessing TV channels. We would definitely rent this unit again and recommend it to others.
