Summary: Complex check in, booked for 3 people & had paid extra at time of booking, reception were adamant extra fees were payable as the room booked was only for two people??? Went round in circles, felt like I had no option but to pay extra again. Got to room, scrolled through emails & found receipt for extra payment at booking, reception looked into it & admitted fault & refunded, which was kind of them.

Summary: The staff at Hidden Mansions were very friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was great, food delicious albeit a slightly limited menu. Room was spacious and clean. The resort was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.

Summary: Hidden mansions is quite away from anywhere, but that’s what we loved. The pool area is amazing, the food is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and super helpful.
