Negative: parking on street, luckily I got one close both nights of my stay. otherwise I would have had to walk up a steep hill. I'm 71 with disabilities (have lift on shoe) which makes walking difficult

Positive: The availability of a full kitchen and a large living room, and a small dining room area. It was a full apartment, eventually shared with another guest. That night only my room was rented so I had the whole apartment tomyself.

Negative: Parking is on the street. But plenty of space and veery qiet are. So issue is minor

Positive: I like the neighborhood which was quite beautiful and seemed safe. I liked that in addition to a cozy, clean, comfortable room, I had access to a dining room and a full kitchen with all the appliances, silverware, plates and cups glasses etc.that you would need. I liked that it was within 10 minutes of many good restaurants. I like that the owner is always helpful and never intrusive. I like it the price was reasonable.

Negative: Can't think of anything for this category.

Positive: This place really is a jewel. Cozy and comfortable. Many extra amenities like a dining room with table and chairs, sitting room with a couch and TV, a full kitchen with appliances and equipment. Superfast 5G Wi-Fi. Nice neighborhood.

Negative: All good. can't complain about this place.

Positive: Finding the location was a bit confusing with the vague details givrn to locate the entrance. However the stay inside was nice for the price. The area was secured and secluded for both myself and son. The complementary coffe/ hot chocolate was a nice touch. If visiting again. I would book this location again for the value of the stay.

Negative: The floors where dirty. You can tell they haven't swept/ vacuumed or mopped in some time. Same for the rug in out room it was very dusty. All surface areas were clean.
